Reflection and Analysis

Our reflection after observing our clients testing the prototype.

The human actors in this prototype are the drivers of the car that receive notifications from the sensor. The machine actor is the sensor that gathers the data from the car's systems and transmits it to the driver. All of the testers needed to install the sensor into the car object and "observe" the reading that it returns. The difference in testers is their knowledge of cars and how they are maintained, what they may use these notifications for, and how and where they drive the most. For the next iteration, we will focus on how to make it effective for users who don't know much about cars.
